Booking Conditions – The Villa Augusta

Maximum occupancy in The Villa Augusta is two persons per bedroom. The Villa Angusta Master Bedroom contains a superking bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three contain twin beds.
Your booking price includes air con, electricity, water and maid service.
Access to The Villa Augusta is after 2pm on arrival and clients must depart their accommodation before 10am on the day of departure.
A damage deposit of £300 (€450) is payable by cheque in advance of occupancy which will be refunded to you once you have posted back the Villa keys ideally within 7 workings days of your return from your holiday at Villa Augusta. Chq payable to Spencer Watson. Post to: 123 Thorpe Bay Gardens, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS1 3NW.
At least one adult must be over the age of 23.
25% of full Villa rental payment must be paid to confirm the reservation. The remaining 75% is payable six weeks prior to arrival. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms applied.

The Villa Augusta owners are not obliged to reimburse you for any services not used during your holiday such as leaving the accommodation early.
We strongly recommend that all of your group take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance in advance of travelling.
Towels & Linen are changed every week. There is a washing machine available.
Maid Service (Barbara) is daily for 2 hours – except on weekends and public holidays.
Once your booking is 100% paid for we will issue you with 2 sets of keys. These keys will be posted to you in plenty of time – with the expectation that you will post them back on your return.
